Had an awesome time during our trip to Vietnam. the room was super clean and cozy, and the window was huge, letting in lots of natural light 🌞. the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast was savoury and the place was clean. The location was ideal for traveling around Hanoi, very close to Cambodia and the lake, french quarters and old market. We found nice Roots nearby with hot beverages. The staff was top-class on arrival and throughout the stay.

Gorgeous hotel with very good wi-fi, the location was favourable to a walk to the Vietnamese museum. Really enjoyed having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the neat room. The staff were accommodating and incredibly welcoming and the pool was nice. The check in was early and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the venue.

The location was amazing, very near Ngoc Son Temple; it was convenient to get a wheelchair accessible room with a delicious breakfast included, a lovely bathroom, and an extra bed which was fantastic.

The Gia Bao Palace is an outstanding place to stay. The staff are extremely professional and friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They now the city very well and were able to organise all our tours at a very competitive rate. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The fabulously helpful and responsive staff provided all the necessary info. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a storage and Wi-Fi.

Great interconnecting rooms for our family of 5. Staff were really lovely with our kids and very helpful. Very clean and nice good value food available.

Amazing good hotel with its perfect location, friendly & helpful staffs . I and my friend were almost surprised with that such small 3 star hotel but having professional services of 5 star . and pricing is just so reasonable .Tell hotel your flight and they will send a car to pick you at the Airport - convenience and comfort without having to worry , just few dollars higher compare to taxi one .Highly recommended this hotel for sure

Nice boutique hotel , near the Hoan Kiem Lake , convenience to walk around Old Quarter . Hotel is on the corner of Old Quarter , so this area is clean and not noisy . Hotel & room is very clean , breakfast is good , especially the staff are very friendly and helpful . I saw all their clients are very happy with their services . Their Airport transfer service is good with private car and driver . Foot and body massage in this hotel is a must try -reasonable rate but good skilled staff .This is a perfect ideal hotel for stay .

The rooms here have a cool and stylish vibe, and the bathroom is spotless. the bed is super cozy, and you also get a fridge, kettle, and AC at your disposal. 😊

We stayed in 3 different rooms off and on over a 9 day period and were very happy with all rooms. the staff at the hotel was excellant and very friendly. They were very helpful in booking tours and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. For instance, after an early return from Sapa, they offered us breafast while we waited for our next checkin and were able to provide early checkin at no extra cost. Big smiles from all the staff (front door, front, desk, restaurant) and a most enjoyable stay. We would definately return if we were in Hanoi.
